ScholarCue supports reasonable workspace adjustments when the requested change aligns with the original workspace instructions, agreed support scope, and uploaded requirements.

What support adjustments cover

Support adjustments may address missed instructions, formatting adjustments, citation corrections, clarity improvements, or reasonable refinements connected to the original scope.

What support adjustments do not cover

A support adjustment is not a new workspace scope. New topics, changed requirements, additional pages, different sources, new datasets, or altered timelines may require revised scope review.

How to request a support adjustment

Submit adjustment instructions through the workspace where possible. Clear notes, rubric references, screenshots, or instructor feedback help the Academic Expert understand the requested correction.

Review and timing

Support adjustment requests are reviewed against the original workspace scope. Timelines depend on request complexity, expert availability, and the amount of correction required.
